As you all know, I caved into the end of financial year sales (EOFYS!) and purchased the Kitchen Aid pasta attachment. Last weekend I gave it a test run and can I just say, it is fabulous. I went a little overboard with the amount of pasta and made quite a lot. As a result, my normal little wooden pasta hanging thing (that's its technical name) wasn’t big enough so I had to improvise and use the clothes horse. Now, little Colin loves pasta and he spent the whole evening circling,starving shark style, under the drying pasta. It was very cute.
